SC Oil Seal (Single Lip)

This product is likewise formed by vulcanizing a metal frame and rubber sealing lip together as one piece. Installation is the same as for double-lip oil seals — simply press-fit into place, with no additional auxiliary tools needed, allowing efficient maintenance and replacement. Standard specifications cover common shaft diameter ranges, and special dimensions can also be customized according to customer drawings.

SC Oil Seals are suitable for bearing housing sealing in various types of general mechanical equipment, as well as for oil seal positions on gearbox input and output shafts. For conventional transmission positions with relatively mild sealing environments and low rotation speeds, this is an economical sealing solution widely adopted by the machinery repair industry and equipment manufacturers.

Standard specifications cover common combinations of shaft diameter and bore diameter, with relatively short stock lead times, making them suitable for bulk purchasing and rapid restocking needs. For special sizes, mold development and sampling can also be completed within a relatively short period according to customer drawings.
