Oil Seals

Oil Seals are rotary shaft sealing components made up of a metal frame and a rubber sealing lip. Installed between a rotating shaft and its housing, they prevent leakage of lubricating oil, grease, and other media while blocking external dust and contaminants from entering, making them a commonly used dynamic sealing product in rotating equipment.

We offer TC Oil Seals (double-lip structure), SC Oil Seals (single-lip structure) and FKM Fluororubber Oil Seals, among other types, allowing the appropriate oil seal structure and material to be selected according to shaft diameter, rotation speed, operating temperature and media conditions.

The double-lip TC Oil Seal combines sealing and dust-proofing functions and is widely used in hydraulic pumps, reducers, automotive engines, and various bearing sealing positions; the single-lip SC Oil Seal has a simple structure and economical cost, making it suitable for general mechanical equipment, bearing housings, and gearboxes; the FKM Fluororubber Oil Seal offers excellent high-temperature and oil resistance, making it suitable for high-temperature, oil-resistant sealing needs such as chemical pumps and automotive fuel systems.
