HNBR O-Rings

Compared with ordinary NBR O-Rings, this product's upper temperature limit can be increased to around 150°C, and its tensile strength and tear strength are also substantially improved. It can effectively resist wear and extrusion damage in frequent reciprocating motion or high-pressure hydraulic systems, significantly extending the seal replacement cycle.

HNBR O-Rings are particularly suitable for high-pressure sealing of hydraulic cylinders in construction machinery such as excavators and loaders, and can also be used in transmission components such as compressors and injection molding machines that have high requirements for seal pressure rating and service life, reducing the frequency of downtime and repairs caused by seal failure.

Each batch of HNBR O-Rings undergoes dimensional re-inspection after vulcanization to ensure that inner diameter and cord diameter tolerances meet assembly precision requirements. We support sample confirmation according to customer drawings and can provide inspection reports before delivery to ensure consistency in bulk supply.
