FKM Fluororubber Oil Seal

This product can withstand a long-term operating temperature of around 200°C and has good resistance to various mineral oils, synthetic oils, and fuel media. Even under continuous high-temperature, high-load operating conditions, the sealing lip does not easily develop cracking, hardening, or other aging problems.

FKM Oil Seals are particularly suitable for sealing high-temperature media in chemical pump equipment, as well as for rotary shaft sealing positions in automotive fuel systems that have high requirements for temperature and oil resistance. Compared with ordinary nitrile oil seals, they offer greater durability and more reliable sealing protection.

Compared with the maintenance costs incurred by frequently replacing ordinary oil seals under high-temperature conditions, although the FKM Oil Seal has a slightly higher unit price, it can significantly extend the oil-change interval. Overall, it is more economical and is particularly suitable for high-temperature equipment in continuous operation.
