PTFE Gaskets are mainly used for flange sealing in chemical piping systems that come into contact with strongly corrosive media, and are also a commonly used material for valve sealing in industries such as pharmaceuticals and chemical fiber, providing long-term reliable sealing protection for equipment handling harsh chemical media and effectively reducing the risk of production shutdowns for repair caused by gasket corrosion failure.

It should be noted that the rebound performance of PTFE material itself is lower than that of rubber gaskets. During installation, it is recommended to tighten bolts evenly according to the recommended torque to avoid poor sealing-surface contact caused by insufficient preload.
