TC Oil Seal (Double Lip)

This product uses a cold-rolled steel frame for reinforced support, combined with a spring tension ring that ensures the contact pressure between the sealing lip and the shaft surface remains stable over the long term, maintaining good sealing performance even at relatively high rotation speeds. Standard and non-standard custom specifications can be provided according to customer shaft diameter, bore diameter, and installation thickness.

TC Oil Seals are widely used for rotary sealing of hydraulic pump and reducer transmission shafts, and are also commonly found sealing lubricating oil at automotive engine crankshafts, camshafts, and various bearing positions. They are a standardized sealing component commonly used in mechanical transmission systems and are simply press-fitted into the bearing housing bore during installation.

When installing oil seals, it is recommended to ensure that the shaft surface roughness and roundness meet requirements to avoid early wear caused by misaligned installation. We provide standard installation guidance as well as non-standard oil seal solutions customized according to customer equipment drawings.
