Buffer Pads

Buffer Pads are elastic protective components used to absorb impact energy and prevent damage to equipment or structural parts during collision or limit-stop processes. Through the compressive deformation of the material, they reduce impact force, providing protection, limit-stop, and noise-reduction functions.

We offer two material types: Rubber Buffer Pads and PU Buffer Pads, allowing the appropriate buffer material to be selected according to impact intensity, frequency of use, and installation location.

Rubber Buffer Pads have good elasticity and strong weather resistance, and are widely used for forklift, shelving, and automotive collision protection as well as equipment limit-stop buffering; PU Buffer Pads offer superior wear resistance and tear strength, making them suitable for the anti-collision buffering needs of heavy-duty equipment such as lifting equipment and mining machinery.
