NBR Rubber O-Rings

This product offers excellent oil and wear resistance, maintaining stable elasticity within a range of -30°C to 120°C. The hardness range covers 50-90 Shore A, and a wide range of inner diameter specifications is available, allowing flexible selection according to sealing groove size and operating pressure. It also has strong resistance to compression set, making it less prone to failure over long-term use.

NBR O-Rings are widely used for static sealing of hydraulic cylinders and valve blocks, as well as for dynamic sealing assistance at pneumatic fittings and pipe connections, and are also suitable for the general sealing positions of various types of general mechanical equipment. During installation, the O-Ring can simply be inserted into the sealing groove without the need for special tools, making it one of the most widely used general-purpose sealing consumables in the machinery manufacturing and hydraulic/pneumatic industries.

After vulcanization molding, NBR O-Rings undergo sample inspection of dimensions and hardness to ensure batch consistency, while also supporting small-batch sampling and non-standard customization, making it convenient for customers to verify assembly fit before placing bulk orders.
